  1. Supply Ready-to-Print Artwork: To expedite the printing process, please provide us with print-ready artwork. Make sure your files are properly formatted and meet our specifications for optimal results. Our team is available to guide you through the artwork requirements if needed.

  2. Make and Clear Your Payment: Prompt payment is essential for initiating the production of your urgent orders. Once you have approved the quote and finalized the details, kindly make your payment promptly to avoid any delays. We offer secure and convenient payment options for your convenience.

  3. Send Us Proof of Payment (PoP): After making your payment, please send us the proof of payment (PoP) to validate your order. This step helps us confirm your transaction and ensures a seamless process from payment to production.

  4. Sign Off Your Artwork: Before proceeding with production, we require your formal approval of the artwork. This step ensures that all details are correct and minimizes the possibility of errors. Once you have reviewed and signed off on the artwork, we can proceed with printing.

  5. Cut-Off Time for Same Day Orders: For same-day printing, please note that the cut-off time is 9:00 AM. Orders received after this time will be processed the following business day. While we strive to accommodate urgent requests, some products may not be available for same-day printing due to their complexity or production requirements.

  6. Additional Lead Times for Certain Products: Please be aware that certain products have specific lead times. Spot UV cards, for example, require 7 days for production, while gazebos and flags may take 2-4 days and 1-3 days, respectively. It’s important to consider these lead times when placing your order to avoid any disappointment.

  7. Delivery and Collection Times: Our shop offers convenient delivery and collection options. For collection, you can pick up your orders between 5:00 PM and 12:00 midnight, or between 6:00 AM and 12:00 noon the following day. We strive to make these time slots as accommodating as possible for our valued customers.

While we make every effort to meet our deadlines, it’s important to note that unforeseen circumstances can sometimes arise. Factors such as late stock arrivals, load shedding, machine breakdowns, human error, or stock unavailability can impact our production schedule.
